About Us
Shelburne Memorials was established in 1888 and is owned and operated by the McBride family. Although Shelburne Memorials head office and manufacturing plant is located in Shelburne, Ontario, it now consists of 15 locations in Central Ontario to serve you better.
Here at Shelburne Memorials we use the latest and upto date technology with computer software, sandblasting and laser etchings. However, we are skilled and trained in former monument reproduction with the use of hand drawn layouts and lead lettering to enable us to restore and match previous designed monuments.
Our professional staff is very knowledgable, talented and are proud of the distinctive memorials they produce. While cemetery memorials are still our primary focus, our product offerings have grown to include commemorative plaques, park benches, veterans memorials, pet memorials and glass/wood/metal laser etchings.

Robert (Bob) McBride, owner of Shelburne Memorials is committed to continuing the company traditions of growth, superior service and design well into the future.

All of our memorials receive a computer drawing to scale with the shape, design and inscription. This is sent to our clients for their approval. Once approved, a stencil is made and the memorial is placed into production.

Shelburne Memorials sandblasts all stones in-house. We have two booths set up to keep a steady work flow happening.
Laser etching are also processed on-site at Shelburne Memorials. We are fully capable of etching stone, marble, wood, glass, plastic and anodized metal up to 8'x4'.
Our manual sandblaster allows us to complete inscriptions directly on site. We travel a two hour radius doing cemtery lettering.
Once the foundation is in and the stone is complete, we deliver and install your monument.
